Peptide COA library
Batch-specific certificates of analysis for 28 released lots: HPLC purity, measured mass, and dates. Each PDF is the report issued for that batch ID.
Match the batch ID on your vial against the ID below before relying on a result. This library lists batches with a released report on file; it is not a complete history, and it does not replace the report shipped with your order.

Reading a COA: questions
What is a certificate of analysis (COA) for a peptide?
+
A COA is the batch-specific analytical report for one production lot. For a peptide it normally lists the HPLC purity (the share of the main peak in the chromatogram), the LC-MS or mass-spectrometry result (the measured molecular weight against the theoretical value), the manufacture, test and retest dates, and the batch ID.
How do I check a COA against my vial?
+
Match the batch ID printed on the vial or box (for example BP-2608) against the batch ID on the report. A COA only describes the lot it was issued for, so a report for a different batch ID does not apply to your vial.
What does HPLC purity tell me?
+
HPLC purity is the area of the main peak as a percentage of all peaks detected at the measurement wavelength. It indicates how much of the detected material is the target peptide, but it does not by itself confirm identity, which is why the mass result is reported next to it.
How is the LC-MS result read?
+
The report lists the measured mass next to the theoretical mass of the peptide. A small difference, typically a fraction of a dalton, confirms that the main peak has the expected molecular weight. Some entries show the measured mass only.
Are all batches published here?
+
No. This library lists batches that have a released report on file and is not a complete history. The report for the batch in your shipment is provided with your order or on request, and independent third-party re-testing of a specific batch can be arranged on request.
Are these products approved for human use?
+
No. All QSC products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only, and nothing in a COA is a statement about safety or suitability for people or animals.
Reports are QSC Peptidology in-house quality-control documents. All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only. See how we test every batch.
