Terms of sale

QSC Sigma Limited (“QSC”, “we”, “us”) is a research-peptide manufacturer based in China. We operate the QSC Peptidology brand and the site at qscpeptidology.com. We are not a pharmacy, clinic, hospital, or compounding facility, and we make no medical claims about our products.

All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use by qualified researchers, institutions, and contract research organizations. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, are not approved for clinical use, and are not for resale to consumers. Buyers are responsible for handling the materials in compliance with applicable laws and institutional biosafety policy.

You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order. We may require government-issued identification on delivery in jurisdictions that require age verification. We do not knowingly sell to sanctioned parties, entities listed on the US Bureau of Industry and Security Entity List, or buyers in the embargoed territories listed in our checkout verification step.

Prices and stock levels are subject to change without notice until your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including for batch reasons (failed QC), suspected intent inconsistent with research use, or shipping destinations we can't verify as research-aligned. If we cancel a prepaid order, you receive a full refund by one of the routes in our refund policy.

Accepted payment methods are listed on the shipping & payment page. Payment must clear before any order ships. Crypto payments are irreversible; please verify the destination wallet address before sending. Card payments are taken by our payment-processing partner and settle with us as stablecoin. PayPal and Revolut are arranged through our support team and are charged at the regular list price.

We ship DDP (delivered duty paid) via DHL, UPS, or FedEx to the countries listed on our shipping page. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide. If a shipment is held by customs beyond five business days for reasons within our control, contact us for a remedy. We re-ship one (1) time at our cost if a shipment is rejected at customs through no fault of yours.

You may resell products you buy from us. There is no application or approval. The research-use restriction in section 2 travels with the products: resell only to buyers who are 21 or older and who confirm the products are for in vitro or laboratory research only, not for human or veterinary consumption. Do not supply anyone you have reason to think will use them otherwise, and do not make medical, therapeutic or dosing claims about them. You stay responsible for your customers' compliance, and we may refuse or stop supplying a reseller whose customers or claims are inconsistent with research use.

When you choose “Ship to my own customer” at checkout, or ask us to ship to your customer, you are the buyer of record and give the checkout declarations for the order, including for the recipient. We pack the order in plain packaging with no QSC name, logo, website, invoice or price list inside, send every order and tracking email only to you, use the recipient's name and address only to deliver the parcel, and never contact the recipient or add them to any list.

Refunds, re-shipments and customs remedies under these terms and our refund policy are handled with you as the buyer, not with your customers. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the address you give us.

Returns and refunds are governed by our refund policy. Briefly: orders are packed and shipped as soon as payment clears, so they can't be cancelled or changed after payment, and we don't accept returns for change of mind. Batches that fail to match their COA (purity, mass, or endotoxin result), wrong, missing or damaged items, and lost shipments are refunded or re-shipped when reported within 30 days. Refunds are paid as stablecoin to your wallet, store credit, or PayPal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QSC's total liability arising from or related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of research data, time, or downstream commercial opportunity.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QSC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim arising from your use, handling, storage, or onward transfer of products in a manner inconsistent with these terms or with applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue there.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
