A reseller order is a normal order with a different address. You pay the listed price, we pack it in plain packaging and send it straight to your customer, and you keep whatever you add on top. No application, no fee, no waiting for approval.
How reselling works
Four steps from first order to margin. Anyone can start.

Choose products at the listed price
Every price is on the public price list. There is no separate reseller price to ask for, and a single 10-vial kit is a complete order.

Tick “Ship to my own customer” at checkout
Enter your email, then your customer's name, address and phone. Prefer chat? Send the details on WhatsApp and we set the order up for you.

We pack and ship
Plain packaging, tracked, usually 10–15 days door to door. Tracking goes to you and never to your customer.

You sell at your own price
What you charge your customer is your decision. The difference between your price and the listed price is yours.
Built for resellers
A plain parcel
Nothing inside the parcel carries QSC branding: no name, logo, website, invoice or price list. The vials are clear glass with no label, and the box carries a simple label with no QSC name or web address.
Your customers stay yours
We use the recipient's name and address only to deliver the parcel. We never contact them or add them to any list, and every order and tracking email goes only to you.
We handle shipping and customs
Orders ship from China by DHL, UPS or FedEx. The recipient's phone number is required because the courier calls before customs clearance.

One condition: research use only
There is nothing to qualify for, but one rule applies to every QSC order and passes down to the people you sell to. The products are for in vitro or laboratory research only, not for human or veterinary consumption. When you place a reseller order you confirm that, and that you will resell only to buyers who are 21 or older and who confirm research use. Please do not make medical or dosing claims about the products. The full wording is in the reselling section of the Terms of sale.
Reseller questions
Do I need to apply or be approved?

No. Anyone can place a reseller order: tick “Ship to my own customer” at checkout. There is no application, fee or contract.
Is there a minimum order?

No reseller minimum. A single 10-vial kit of one product is a complete order. Volume pricing starts at 10 kits per product; see wholesale.
What price do I pay?

The price on the price list when you place the order, plus shipping. Prices follow our current costs and can change, so the price list is always the reference. Shipping is charged by parcel weight, per order; see the shipping cost answer.
What do I charge my customers?

That is your decision, made between you and your customer. The difference between your price and the listed price is your margin.
Will my customer know the order came from QSC?

Can I put my own label on the vials?

On a dropship order the parcel goes straight to your customer, so the vials arrive unlabelled. To label them yourself, order to your own address and apply your labels before you send them on. For labels printed at the factory, see private label.

What if something is wrong with a parcel?

Tell us within 30 days. Wrong, missing or damaged items, a failed QC result and lost parcels are refunded or re-shipped under the refund policy, handled with you as the buyer. We never ask for anything to be sent back.
How do I pay?

The same way as any order, at checkout. The payment answer lists what is currently available. If you reorder regularly and would rather arrange it in chat, message us.
