Standing merchant pricing
Once approved, we set up a merchant account tied to your email — sign in the same way as any customer account (no password, just a one-time email link) and your negotiated price applies automatically across the cart and checkout. No quote request or code needed on repeat orders.

Batch documentation
Every batch ships with a batch-specific HPLC purity report (≥99.0%) and LC-MS identity confirmation, tested in-house before release. Want independent third-party testing? Get a batch tested at Janoshik.com and share the report with us — if it passes, we reimburse the test; if it fails, we refund your order (test cost included) and pull that batch from sale.
Fulfillment & lead time
Standard orders ship from stock — typically about a week door-to-door once payment clears, DDP. Private label and custom runs take longer; email us to discuss timing for your order.
Payment
Crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC and more) or card via our automated checkout. For wholesale orders we also accept RMB, USD, PayPal, wire transfer, and Revolut, arranged directly with our sales team rather than through the site checkout — email us to set up payment.

All product is RUO. A channel-partner agreement requires the same RUO restriction to flow down to your own customers — this is non-negotiable and protects both sides.

What's the minimum order for wholesale?

Can I get vials with my own label instead of QSC's?

Yes — private-label/neutral packaging is available, but only on orders fulfilled directly from China, since labeling happens during production. It requires your own artwork and a proof-approval step before the first run.
Do you offer a formal distributor or channel-partner agreement?

Yes. It covers MOQ/volume tiers, private-label terms, documentation, payment terms, confidentiality, and RUO-compliance flow-down. Ask for a copy when you reach out.
How do I get a quote?
