Private label available
Neutral, unbranded vials and boxes — applied during production, so it's only available on Qingdao-direct orders, not on inventory already positioned in a regional warehouse under our own branding. Requires your label artwork and a proof-approval round.
Batch documentation
Every batch ships with a batch-specific HPLC purity report (≥99.0%) and LC-MS identity confirmation, tested in-house before release. Independent third-party re-verification can be arranged for a specific batch on request — ask when you order. Want your own content/quantity testing on top of that? We'll send a sample vial from the shipped batch to a lab of your choosing.
Fulfillment & lead time
Standard QSC-branded orders ship from whichever regional warehouse is stocked (US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam) when available, or from Qingdao otherwise. Private-label orders are always made to order in Qingdao — typically 5–20 business days production, plus cold-chain transit, DDP.
Payment
USDT (Tron TRC-20) is our active payment rail right now. ACH and wire are temporarily paused while we resolve a banking restriction on our end — we'll notify existing partners when that's back online.
Research-use only, flowed down
All product is RUO. A channel-partner agreement requires the same RUO restriction to flow down to your own customers — this is non-negotiable and protects both sides.
Same price, either fulfillment path
US-warehouse and Qingdao-direct pricing are identical for standard branded product — the difference is branding and lead time, not cost.

What's the minimum order for wholesale?

Can I get vials with my own label instead of QSC's?

Yes — private-label/neutral packaging is available, but only on orders fulfilled directly from Qingdao, since labeling happens during production. It requires your own artwork and a proof-approval step before the first run.
Do you offer a formal distributor or channel-partner agreement?

Yes. It covers MOQ/volume tiers, private-label terms, documentation, payment terms, confidentiality, and RUO-compliance flow-down. Ask for a copy when you reach out.
