QSC Peptidology

Frequently asked questions

How QSC Peptidology tests batches, publishes COAs, takes payment, ships from China and handles refunds. All products are sold for laboratory research use only.

About QSC Peptidology and ordering

Who we are, who can order, what we sell and how to reach us.

What is QSC Peptidology?

QSC Peptidology is the brand of QSC Sigma Limited, a China-based research-peptide manufacturer. It sells research peptides directly and wholesale to laboratories and distributors worldwide, in packs of ten vials of one size, shipped DDP (duties prepaid) from China. Everything is sold for laboratory research use only.

Is QSC Peptidology based in China or the USA?

China. Every QSC Peptidology order ships directly from China; there are no regional warehouses and no local pickup. The online store is at www.qscpeptidology.com.

Is QSC a manufacturer or a reseller?

QSC is a manufacturer-direct supplier, not a reseller. We make the peptides and sell them directly, so there is no middleman between the batch and the buyer. The blog post Manufacturer-direct vs reseller explains what that changes for a buyer.

How do I know I am on the official QSC Peptidology website?

The official website is www.qscpeptidology.com. Payment pages for orders placed with us are shown at pay.qscpeptidology.com, and our emails come from addresses ending in @qscpeptidology.com. We do not run public Telegram, Discord or WhatsApp groups. The Official channels page lists every official contact point and social account.

Who can order from QSC Peptidology?

Qualified buyers for laboratory research: researchers, academic institutions, contract research organisations and analytical laboratories. At checkout you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that the purchase is for research use only, and that you are not in a sanctioned jurisdiction.

What products does QSC Peptidology sell?

Research peptides in seven categories: GLP-1 and GIP analogs, recovery and tissue repair, growth hormone secretagogues, cognitive and sleep, longevity and mitochondrial, lipolytic, and sexual health. The catalog is everything we currently offer; if a molecule is not listed, we do not carry it.

Do you sell finished vials or raw material?

Finished, ready-to-ship vials: everything in the catalog, ordered through checkout, the sales chat or by email to support@qscpeptidology.com. Bulk raw material (powder), or an introduction to upstream and downstream partners in China, is arranged by our team directly rather than through checkout, so email us.

Is there a minimum order, and what are the pack sizes?

Every product is sold as a kit of ten vials of one size, and one kit is a complete order. If you need fewer than ten vials, email support@qscpeptidology.com and we can arrange a smaller order at the same per-vial price. Wholesale pricing starts at 10 kits per SKU.

Where can I see prices?

The price list shows every product with its kit price and its price per vial (kit price divided by ten). Prices follow our current costs and can change, so the price list always shows what is live. Resellers and wholesale buyers can get negotiated discounts off retail: email support@qscpeptidology.com to discuss your rate.

Do you offer wholesale, private label or custom synthesis?

Yes. Wholesale pricing tiers apply from 10 kits per SKU. Private-label packaging starts at 100 kits per SKU on orders fulfilled directly from China; labeling happens during production, so it needs your artwork and a proof-approval round before the first run. For quotes, raw material or custom synthesis, email support@qscpeptidology.com with the products and volumes you are looking at.

What do the vials look like, and can I label them myself?

Vials ship as clear glass with no label and no branding of any kind; the box carries a simple label. Resellers can apply their own labels to the vials with no artwork or approval step on our side. Printed neutral or branded vials and boxes are a separate private-label option.

How do I contact QSC Peptidology, and how fast do you reply?

Email support@qscpeptidology.com, or use the WhatsApp and Telegram contacts on the contact page. We aim to reply within one business day; wholesale quotes usually take 1 to 2 business days.

Testing, COAs and quality

What is tested, which reports are published and how to read them.

Does QSC test every batch?

Every batch is tested by HPLC (purity) and LC-MS (identity) before release, and each batch has its own batch ID. Independent third-party testing is a separate step that is not run automatically on every batch. The quality page describes the process.

Are QSC peptides independently tested by a third party?

In part. Independent Janoshik Analytical reports are published for selected samples: purity for retatrutide, tirzepatide, semaglutide and BPC-157, plus endotoxin on five samples. Each report covers the sample that was tested, not every batch, and we plan to extend third-party testing to more of the range. Every report is listed on the Janoshik reports page.

How do I check that a Janoshik report is genuine?

Open the report link on the Janoshik reports page, or go to verify.janoshik.com/verify and enter the unique key printed at the bottom of the report. The report is Janoshik's, not ours, and the verify page is run by the lab.

What is a certificate of analysis (COA) for a peptide?

A COA is the batch-specific analytical report for one production lot. For a peptide it normally lists the HPLC purity (the share of the main peak in the chromatogram), the LC-MS or mass-spectrometry result (the measured molecular weight against the theoretical value), the manufacture, test and retest dates, and the batch ID.

Where can I find the COA for my batch?

Search the COA library by product or batch ID. The library lists batches that have a released report on file and is not a complete history. For any other batch, email support@qscpeptidology.com with the batch ID and ask for its report. The vials carry no label, so match the batch ID on the label of your box against the one on the report: a COA only describes the lot it was issued for.

How do I read the HPLC purity and the mass result on a COA?

HPLC purity is the area of the main peak as a percentage of all peaks detected at the measurement wavelength. It shows how much of the detected material is the target peptide but does not confirm identity, which is why the mass result sits next to it: the measured mass should match the theoretical mass to within a fraction of a dalton. How to read a GHK-Cu certificate of analysis goes through a real report line by line.

What is the difference between purity and peptide content?

HPLC purity is the main peak's share of all detected peaks. Peptide content is the share of the powder's weight that is peptide rather than water, counter-ions such as acetate or TFA, and residual salts. A batch can be 99% pure by HPLC and still be well under 100% peptide by weight. A result that reports milligrams found, such as a Janoshik quantity result, speaks to content; an HPLC purity figure does not.

What purity do QSC peptides meet?

Our research-grade target is HPLC purity of 98 to 99% or higher, as stated on each product page. The measured value on that batch's COA governs, not the product page.

Can I have a QSC batch tested myself?

Yes. Send a sample to Janoshik.com or any lab and share the report with us, quoting the batch ID. If it passes, we reimburse the testing cost, normally as account credit. If it fails, we refund your whole order and pull that batch from sale. See the refund policy.

How can I check whether a peptide supplier is legitimate?

Look for a batch-specific COA you can read before ordering rather than a generic template; both an HPLC purity result and a mass-spectrometry identity result; the name of the lab and a way to verify the report, such as a verification key; a plain statement of what is and is not independently tested; research-use-only terms with an age requirement; a published refund policy and a real contact route; and no health claims or dosing advice. QSC publishes batch COAs in the COA library, links independent reports on the Janoshik reports page, and says which results are independent and which are not.

Payment

How to pay, what is discounted and what to do if something goes wrong.

What payment methods does QSC accept?

Pay with crypto is the self-serve checkout method and is 15% off: you pay from your own wallet in USDT or USDC (recommended); Bitcoin, Ethereum and more also work. PayPal and Revolut can be arranged by message and are charged at the regular price, without the 15% discount. Wire transfer is available for wholesale orders. See how to pay with crypto.

Can I pay by credit card?

Not at the moment. Card payments are temporarily unavailable. You can pay with crypto at checkout (15% off), or arrange PayPal or Revolut by message at the regular price. If you only have a card, you can buy USDC with it at a provider such as Coinbase, MoonPay or Revolut and send that to us.

Do I need to verify my identity to pay QSC?

No. Paying from your own crypto wallet has no ID check on our side. An exchange asks for ID once when you open an account with it; that is the exchange's rule, not ours.

Which coin and network should I use?

USDT or USDC, because they are dollar-linked and the amount does not move while you send. Our payment page uses the Ethereum network (ERC-20) for every coin. Check the address and network twice before you confirm: a transfer on the wrong network may not be recoverable.

How long does a crypto payment take to confirm?

Usually a few minutes after you send, and longer when the Ethereum network is busy. The payment page updates by itself, your order is marked paid once it confirms, and we pack and dispatch it right away.

Shipping and customs

Where orders ship from, how long they take and who pays duties.

Where does QSC ship from, and to which countries?

Every order ships directly from China to 58 countries, by DHL, UPS or FedEx (a few destinations use another express partner). See payment and shipping for details.

How long does delivery take?

About 10 to 15 days door to door. We dispatch the day payment clears or the next business day. SF Express takes the parcel to the international carrier's export warehouse within 1 to 2 days, then the carrier flies it to your country and clears customs, which takes about 7 to 12 days, and a local courier delivers it.

Who pays customs duties and taxes?

QSC does. Every order ships DDP (delivered duty paid), so duties and taxes are prepaid at source and you pay nothing extra on delivery. DDP shipping explained covers how it works.

What happens if my parcel is held at customs?

Customs occasionally holds research-chemistry shipments for 1 to 5 extra business days. We cover any duties or re-routing fees. If a shipment is rejected at customs through no fault of yours, we re-ship once at our cost, or refund, your choice.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders of $500 or more ship free. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout from the parcel weight, not from the destination country: about $74.60 for the first 0.5 kg plus about $11.90 for each additional 0.5 kg (or part of one). The parcel weight includes about 0.6 kg of packaging, so a single 10-vial kit typically ships for about $87.

How is my order packed?

The vials hold lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder sealed under nitrogen, and they ship insulated with a cold pack. When they arrive, move them to a refrigerator (2 to 8 °C) or a freezer (−20 °C).

How do I track my order?

Once the carrier scans the parcel we email you the tracking number, and it also appears in the order record in your account. You can also use Track order with your order number (it looks like VST-2610-ABC123) and the email address you ordered with.

Storage, reconstitution and handling

General laboratory handling of lyophilized peptides.

How should lyophilized peptides be stored?

Unopened lyophilized vials keep best at −20 °C for long-term storage, or at 2 to 8 °C for near-term use, away from light and moisture. Let a cold vial reach room temperature before you open it so that moisture does not condense on the powder. The product page and the molecule's research hub give notes for specific peptides.

How should a reconstituted peptide be stored?

Keep the solution refrigerated at 2 to 8 °C and use it within the time the literature allows for that molecule, because stability after reconstitution varies by peptide. For longer holds, divide the solution into single-use aliquots and freeze them at −20 °C, which avoids repeated freeze-thaw cycles that can degrade the peptide.

What is reconstitution, and what do I dissolve a peptide in?

Reconstitution means dissolving the lyophilized powder in a liquid to make a stock solution. Sterile water or bacteriostatic water are the solvents most often used in published protocols, and a peptide that dissolves poorly in water may need a small amount of dilute acetic acid. The right solvent and concentration depend on the molecule and the experiment, so check the literature. The free reconstitution calculator works out stock concentration for any vial size.

Why does my vial look empty or hold only a thin film of powder?

Lyophilized peptide dries into a very light cake or a thin film, and a few milligrams of it occupy almost no volume. It can also cling to the glass or the stopper in transit. This is normal. If you think a vial is under-filled or damaged, photograph it and email support@qscpeptidology.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.

Research use, refunds and policies

What research use only means, and how refunds and cancellations work.

What does research use only (RUO) mean?

Research use only means the product is a laboratory reagent for research, not a drug, food, supplement or cosmetic, and not for human or veterinary use. At checkout buyers confirm that the purchase is for research and that they are at least 21 years old. The research-use disclaimer has the full text.

Are QSC peptides FDA approved or safe for human use?

No. The research peptides QSC supplies are not drug products and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, EMA or any other regulator for human or veterinary use. Nothing on this site, including a COA, is a statement about safety or suitability for people or animals. Handle them as research chemicals under your institution's safety rules.

Does QSC give dosing, protocol or usage advice?

No. QSC is not a pharmacy, clinic or compounding facility, so we cannot advise on dosing for people, prescribe protocols, interpret clinical results or answer veterinary questions. The research hubs and articles summarize published literature, with sources.

What is QSC's refund policy?

We refund or re-ship when a batch COA shows a QC mismatch, when items are wrong, missing or damaged, or when an order is never delivered, provided you tell us within 30 days of delivery (30 days of dispatch for a lost parcel). We do not refund a change of mind or an ordering error, and we do not take vials back; approved claims are refunded or re-shipped without you sending anything to us. The full terms are in the refund policy.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete?

Photograph the unopened package and its contents before you handle them, then email support@qscpeptidology.com with your order number, the photos and whether you want a refund or a re-ship. We aim to reply within one business day, and approved refunds are issued within five business days, as stablecoin, store credit or PayPal.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Not after payment. Orders are picked and packed as soon as payment clears and ship the same day or the next business day, so we cannot cancel or change them afterwards. An order you have not paid for is never charged, so check it carefully before you pay.

Still have a question?

Email us or message us with your order number if you have one. We aim to reply within one business day. QSC cannot advise on dosing or on any use outside laboratory research.
