Are you looking for finished product or raw material?
For finished, ready-to-ship vials — the catalog on this site — order directly through checkout, our sales chat, or by emailing support@qscpeptidology.com. If you’re sourcing raw material (bulk powder) instead, or need an introduction to upstream/downstream partners in China, email us directly — that’s arranged by our team, not through the website checkout.
Do I need to contact support to get pricing, or is there a minimum order?
No — our full, current price list is public at all times: see the Price list link above. A single 10-vial kit is a complete order on its own; there's no requirement to buy multiple kits, and if you need fewer than ten vials, email us to arrange a smaller order at the same per-vial price. (Wholesale and private-label volume tiers are a separate, larger-scale arrangement — see our Wholesale page.)
What testing do your products go through?
Every batch is tested — HPLC purity, LC-MS identity confirmation, and LAL endotoxin — before it’s released. Published batch reports are in our COA library, and independent Janoshik test reports are on the Janoshik reports page. Want to test a batch yourself? Send a sample to Janoshik.com or any lab and share the report with us — we return the testing cost as account credit.
What does the packaging look like?
Vials ship completely blank: clear glass, no label, no branding of any kind, and the box carries a simple label. That's intentional — it means resellers can apply their own labeling to the vials with no artwork or approval step required on our end.
Are the prices on the site fixed?
Prices shown are current retail and can move as our own costs change — the price list always reflects what's live right now, not a quote that goes stale. If you're a reseller or wholesale buyer, we offer negotiated discounts off retail — email us or reach out through sales chat to discuss your rate.
How is shipping calculated?
Orders of $500 or more ship free. Below that, shipping is calculated by package weight, not by destination country: about $74.60 for the first 0.5kg, plus about $11.90 for each additional 0.5kg (or part of one). The parcel weight includes about 0.6kg of packaging, so a single 10-vial kit typically ships for about $87. The exact figure is computed at checkout once your cart is set.
How long does delivery take?
Barring anything unusual, about 10–15 days door to door. We ship the same day or the next business day after you order. SF Express takes your parcel to the international carrier's export warehouse (in mainland China or Hong Kong, depending on the carrier) within 1–2 days, and once the carrier has scanned it, we send you the tracking number by email and WhatsApp support; it also appears in the order record in your account. The carrier (DHL, UPS or FedEx; for a few destinations, another express partner) then flies it to your country, clears customs, and delivers it to your door.
What payment methods do you accept?
One fully automated, self-serve checkout method, 15% off: Pay with crypto. You can pay directly from your own crypto wallet (USDT or USDC recommended; Bitcoin, Ethereum and more also work, with no ID check). Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay are temporarily unavailable — see our step-by-step crypto guide. PayPal and Revolut are available too, arranged by message — contact support or reach out via WhatsApp/Telegram with your order and we’ll send payment instructions; these aren’t selectable at checkout and are charged at the regular price, without the automatic discount. International wire transfer (SWIFT) is available for wholesale/bulk orders, arranged directly with our sales team. We don’t currently offer ACH or Cash App.
Who can order from QSC Peptidology?
Our products are sold for laboratory and research use only, not for human or veterinary use. At checkout you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that the purchase is for research use, and that you are not in a sanctioned jurisdiction. We sell to qualified researchers, academic institutions, contract research organizations, and analytical laboratories.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track order page with your order number (it looks like VST-2610-ABC123) and the email address you ordered with. Once the courier scans your parcel, we also send you the tracking number by email and WhatsApp support, and it appears in the order record in your account. You can also contact our support team (email, WhatsApp or Telegram) with your order number or the email you ordered with, and we’ll look the order up for you.
Where can I find handling and reconstitution information?
Each molecule has a research hub with specifications, handling notes and FAQs, and our reconstitution calculator works out stock concentration for any vial size. All of it is for laboratory research use only.
Do you have a Telegram group, Discord, or other community channel?
We don't run any Telegram, Discord, or WhatsApp groups. Our official accounts are on X (@qscpeptidology), Instagram (@qscpeptidology), Reddit (u/QSCpeptidology), and our research community on Skool, all listed on our Official channels page. For direct 1:1 conversations, our official contact points are WhatsApp, Telegram, and email, listed on our Contact page. If you come across a group, channel, or account claiming to represent us that is not listed there, treat it as unofficial.
