Shipping & delivery
About 10–15 days door to door, shipped DDP direct from our China facility — no regional warehouses, no local stock. Orders of $500 or more ship free; below that, shipping is calculated by package weight at checkout.
Insulated, with cold pack
Sealed under nitrogen and shipped insulated with a cold pack. Store at −20°C (long-term) or 2–8°C (near-term) once you receive it.
DHL, UPS, or FedEx
SF Express takes your parcel to the carrier's export warehouse in China; the carrier delivers it from there. We send the tracking number once the carrier scans it.
Customs prepaid
Duties and taxes paid at source. You receive the package without any extra charge at delivery.

About 7–12 daysThe carrier (DHL, UPS or FedEx; for a few destinations, another express partner) flies it to your country and clears customs. Duties are prepaid (DDP).

Tracking updates can pause for a few days around export and customs clearance. That is normal; your parcel is still moving.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to 58 countries, every order shipped DDP (duties paid) direct from our China facility. Transit time depends on destination — see the shipping section above for estimates by region.
What happens if a shipment is delayed at customs?

Customs occasionally holds research-chemistry shipments for 1–5 extra business days. We cover any duties or re-routing fees ourselves. If a shipment is rejected outright (rare — under 0.3% of orders), we re-ship one time at no cost.
How is my order packaged for shipping?

Vials are lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, sealed under nitrogen and shipped in insulated packaging with a cold pack. Typical delivery from China is about 10–15 days door to door. Once you receive the kit, move vials to refrigeration (2–8°C) or freezer (−20°C) per the label.
How does my order get from China to me?

We ship the same day payment clears or the next business day. SF Express takes your parcel to the international carrier's export warehouse (in mainland China or Hong Kong, depending on the carrier) within 1–2 days. Once the carrier has scanned it, we send you the tracking number by email and WhatsApp support, and it also appears in the order record in your account. The carrier (DHL, UPS or FedEx; for a few destinations, another express partner) then flies it to your country, clears customs, and delivers it to your door. Door to door is typically 10–15 days.
Do I need to sign for the parcel?

Usually not. If you are not home, the courier typically leaves the parcel at your door and takes a photo as proof of delivery. Some carriers or destinations may ask for a signature.
Can I pick up locally to avoid shipping?

No. All orders ship from our China facility to your address — there's no local pickup option.
Can I pay by credit card?

Not at the moment. Card payments are temporarily unavailable. Stripe, PayPal, and Square explicitly prohibit research-peptide merchants from using their card processing directly, and our card-to-crypto partner is not offering card purchases right now. You can pay with crypto at checkout (USDT or USDC, 15% off, no ID check), or arrange PayPal or Revolut by message, charged at the regular price without the 15% discount.
