Shipping & delivery
3–13 business days depending on destination, shipped DDP direct from our China facility — no regional warehouses, no local stock. Orders of $1,000 or more ship free; below that, shipping is calculated by package weight at checkout.
Insulated packaging
Sealed under nitrogen and insulated for transit. Store at −20°C (long-term) or 2–8°C (near-term) once you receive it.
DHL, UPS, or FedEx
China → your country's gateway hub → your address. Tracking number emailed once scanned.
Customs prepaid
Duties and taxes paid at source. You receive the package without any extra charge at delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to 58 countries, every order shipped DDP (duties paid) direct from our China facility. Transit time depends on destination — see the shipping section above for estimates by region.
What happens if a shipment is delayed at customs?

Customs occasionally holds research-chemistry shipments for 1–5 extra business days. We cover any duties or re-routing fees ourselves. If a shipment is rejected outright (rare — under 0.3% of orders), we re-ship one time at no cost.
How is my order packaged for shipping?

Vials are lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, sealed under nitrogen and insulated for transit. Typical delivery from China is 3–13 business days depending on destination. Once you receive the kit, move vials to refrigeration (2–8°C) or freezer (−20°C) per the label.
Can I pick up locally to avoid shipping?

No. All orders ship from our China facility to your address — there's no local pickup option.
Why no credit cards?

Stripe, PayPal, and Square explicitly prohibit research-peptide merchants in their terms. We could route through a high-risk processor at 7–8% fees, but that markup would land on your invoice. The methods above keep that cost off your price.
