Smaller orders: checkout already takes a volume discount off the whole order from $1,000 (5% from $1,000, 8% from $2,000, 10% from $5,000). Wholesale pricing is for 10 or more kits per SKU, or orders above $5,000.

Standing merchant pricing
Once approved, we set up a merchant account tied to your email — sign in the same way as any customer account (no password, just a one-time email link) and your negotiated price applies automatically across the cart and checkout. No quote request or code needed on repeat orders.

Batch documentation
Batch COAs (HPLC purity, LC-MS identity) are listed in our COA library by batch ID, and independent Janoshik test reports are published on our site. If you test a batch yourself we credit the test fee to your account, up to 30% of the order value.
Fulfillment & lead time
Standard orders ship from stock — typically about a week door-to-door once payment clears, DDP. Private label and custom runs take longer; email us to discuss timing for your order.

What's the minimum order for wholesale?

Can I get vials with my own label instead of QSC's?

Yes — private-label/neutral packaging is available, but only on orders fulfilled directly from China, since labeling happens during production. It requires your own artwork and a proof-approval step before the first run.
Do you offer a formal distributor or channel-partner agreement?

Yes. It covers MOQ/volume tiers, private-label terms, documentation, payment terms, confidentiality, and RUO-compliance flow-down. Ask for a copy when you reach out.
How do I get a quote?

Do I have to request a quote every time I order?

Not after the first time — once you're approved as a wholesale partner, we can set up a merchant account tied to your email. Sign in at checkout (same email-link login as any customer account) and your negotiated price is applied automatically, no code or quote request needed.
I only want to resell a few kits. Do I need a wholesale agreement?

No. Anyone can resell at the listed prices with no application or fee, and we can ship each order straight to your customer in plain packaging. See the reseller program page for how it works. Wholesale tiers are for buying 10 or more kits per SKU.
Do you have products that aren't listed on the site?

No — the catalog on the site is everything we currently offer, and the prices shown are current. If a molecule isn't listed, we don't carry it.
